General Departure Lounge Information
Bookings made through Departure Lounge cannot be on-sold or transferred to another person, and the Departure Lounge rates apply only to bookings for personal use by the person who is an approved member. Bookings not made for personal use by approved members will not be honoured by Mantra Group properties. Reservations made through the Departure Lounge are non-refundable. Availability within 28 days is limited and minimum night stays may apply, book early to secure your next holiday!

These rates are exclusive to members and can be booked up to 12 months in advance. If you can't find what you're looking for, or if you wish to make a booking for non-personal use, you can book our best available rate at any of our hotels, apartments, resorts and retreats.
